✨ Our Handmade Promise
Every item is handmade (often with coffee in hand ☕😉), which means:
• Slight variations in color, placement, or pattern may occur
• No two items are 100% identical
• That’s part of the charm of handmade!
We do our very best to photograph items accurately, but screen colors may vary slightly.
🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders
We LOVE creating custom pieces!
Before placing your order, please double-check:
• Spelling
• Colors
• Design details
Once your order goes into production, changes or cancellations can’t be made.
Custom items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
💳 Payments
Payment is due at the time of checkout.
Orders will not begin until payment is received in full.
⏳ Processing & Shipping
Our current processing time is 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Once your order ships:
• You’ll receive tracking information
• Delivery times depend on the postal carrier
• We are not responsible for postal delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout

📦 Returns & Issues
Because our items are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However — if your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right 💕
